We hold our events at:
Camp Mockingee, 160 Smeltzer Rd, Windsor, NS B0N 2T0
Camp Mockingee has several cabins, and other indoor sleeping spaces (heated & unheated), which we have divided between player characters, and volunteers.
When you pre-register for an event, you may request where & with who you wish to camp. We will do our best to accommodate everyone's requests.
If you do not pre-register you will be assigned to one of the communal heated cabins.
Cabin assignments will be released a few days prior to an event on our Discord, and will also be available when you check in.
You may bring a tent if you prefer. Our volunteers can help direct you to safe location to place your tent when you arrive onsite.

Our events take place over weekends, and run for 2 - 3 days, continuously.
This means that we do not have designated "sleep hours" where the game is temporarily stopped.
That being said, everyone sleeps, and our volunteers need sleep in order to keep the event running smoothly!
We estimate that many of our plot team members & NPCs are asleep between 2 am - 9 am, although some will go to bed earlier or sleep in.
This does not mean nothing will ever happen between those hours, as there is often late night shenanigans between Player Characters (PCs) and Non-Player Characters (NPCs) or the exceptional late night adventure.
Player Cabins & Tents are considered IN-Game (IG) locations, and thus IG events may occur within spaces.
This does not mean people who are not residing with you will be coming in and out of your cabin at all hours, as we have rules in place regarding Cabin entry.
We can't say the same for your bunk mates though 😉 you'll have to discuss that with them.
See Below for PC Cabin entry rules, IG vs. OOG locations, and a detailed Event scheduale which may help Newer Players with what to expect!
Cabins, Tents, & Other Sleeping Areas are considered IN-Game (IG), and IG events may occur within spaces. Thus, IG measures should be taken to prevent any unwanted intruders, or burglars. This being said, players & staff members should announce themselves or knock before entering so that anyone inside may announce that entering at this time would be inappropriate (i.e. Someone is changing).
While our event may run continuously, we don't expect you to be In-character 24/7.
We do ask that you help us maintain an immersive atmosphere by refraining from OOG Conversation in in-game areas or by spending time in a private or OOG locations when you're not In-character. Bathrooms, NPC camp, and vehicles will always be OOG spaces, as well as a few other designated areas. A full list of OOG locations can be found on our rules page or by following the link below.
As PC Cabins/Sleeping areas are both IN-Game As well as private, they pose a but of a grey area at times.
If you are OOG while in your sleeping area, you should make this clear to others in the same space and either refrain from OOG conversations or speak in a quiet voice to other OOG players. This is to help maintain an immersive atmosphere around players who are IG and avoid confusion as to whether a conversation being overheard is IG or OOG.
