The event fees are waived for first time players, so you will only need to pay the camp fee of 25/day. This is a one-time only discount.
The food plan is not a part of this discount, and will be an additional cost.

New Ruleset 2023
While most of you may know by now, our 2022 season was our last as a NERO World Chapter.
We have been developing our own LARP rules set which we will be implementing in 2023!
On our Discord you will find our beta version of the rulebook as well as some anticipated FAQs, and will be monitoring the new channels on discord to respond to questions and concerns.
Currently, the Rulebook is view only and cannot be downloaded. This is being done as a form of version control for a living document and to ensure everyone is viewing the most up to date version.
We will be publishing the document as a downloadable pdf once we have accommodated all player feedback on the new system and hunted down the last typo.

Anti-Infectious State Policy
We are changing the vaccination policy this year to an anti-infectious state policy.
What that means is that we expect people that should up be in a normal healthy state, and not feeling sick, etc.
If you are, you will be asked to follow social distancing guidelines, or wear a mask while in close contact with others.
If during the lead up to the event, you happen to fall ill (i.e. after preregistration has ended), please let logistics know and we can credit any non-food cost portion of the event cost towards your next event if you would wish to stay home.
As a reminder, if you find you must unregister from an event before preregistration is done, you can contact logistics for a refund or credit towards your next event.

Currently masks will be encouraged but not mandatory inside of buildings:
Additionally, we ask that if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of a cold, flu, or upper-respiratory infection, that you do not attend the event.
If you begin feeling ill during an event, we encourage you to hydrate, eat, and rest in an out-of-game area until you are feeling well enough to participate.
We prioritize our communities health - and that means you!

Mess kits for returning players are required.
If this is your first event, dishes can be borrowed from the kitchen staff. You will be responsible for washing your own dishes & returning them to the kitchen.
A cleaning station (near the kitchen) & drying racks (at the opposite end of the main hall) will be provided to clean your used dishes after meals.
If you are a returning player and you forget your mess kit for an event, please speak with Anastasia or another member of our Kitchen Staff, for use of site dishes.

Duct Tape on Doors
As of January 1st, 2023, Duct Tape will no longer be permitted as a means to mark that your building is protected by a Sanctuary (NALARP-01's Ward spell).
This is a result of duct tape often being left behind on doors, causing damage to the paint of the door. We like our site and don't want to risk losing it over a bit of duct tape.
If you're wondering how to hang the required symbol for your sleeping space, we'll have some examples done in the off season.
